MXR Micro Amp M133

Pedal Preamp

Guitarists never tire of looking for more and more great pedals to tweak their distortion sound, but what if the amp already sounds great but could do with a bit more gain? Overdrives and treble boosters would alter the frequency response – not desirable in this case. This is exactly where the MXR Micro has been just the thing for many years – without distorting the sound, the amp gets exactly the kick it was missing; ideal for getting a powerful lead sound out of old Marshalls, Fenders and Voxes without messing up their beloved characteristic sound.
